Janie Grenier and Kyle Duelund are co-founders of 3 real estate companies; a real estate acquisition company, a short-term rental management company, and a consulting business. They are based in Canada and have become financially free before the age of 30 by investing in US real estate. They invest in a number of real estate asset classes including; residential, multifamily, mobile home parks, and short-term rentals.
